Went in to collect an order, entered details on screen and waited at collection point. Was told someone will pick my order but 5 minutes later all the staff went to serve other customers and I had to remind them I was waiting. They then tried to tell me my order hasn?t come through to them. Complete rubbish from inadequate staff.

Thank you Ashley for your help today. I finally got the right screws to put some furniture back together.I had to remove the seats to a IKEA dining table. The previous tenant left some weird stains so my job, remove seats, deep clean, got new seat covers made with vintage fabric and put back together. Was a challenge because the screws deadheaded but Ashley helped me locate a pack at Tool Station. It was the last pack. So grateful for Ashley's help.
