There is a long queue most of the time, they have no respect for citizens otherwise they should have provided people with enough seats, so instead of people standing for more than half an hour, the customer should have given tickets from a ticket machine and when is their turn they could go to the desk. It is a primitive system, with no respect for its customers. I have been to underdeveloped countries and they are\\nfar superior when it comes to providing their citizens with seating areas

Such an awful experience, came in to open an account, I was given an appointment. I waited for weeks for the appointment only for me to get to the bank and it was close, appointment was 16:30. Came in the rain with my 3 kids. No one was there, came back next day to complain about it, met a lady she said bank closes 3pm but someone should have been here for the appointment and I did call the number on the card. The stuff feel less concerned, no Apology at all. I would give 0 star if I could

Absolutely useless., asked about processing a at bereavement for told to queue got to front of long queue then told I would be seen by an adviser I 10 minutes half an hour passed and was told he was at lunch and did not know what time he would finish rude and inefficient I am glad I will not have to go there again once the account is closed

First of all there was a lady was a bit rude at first, then I request to change my address and then I asked for the bank statements for visa. I specifically asked from the day I visit which was 2 days ago and she still gave me the bank statement from last month. I didn't check the document until I arrived home. Turns out it from 27th of June. I mean if I had know she would give me the same documents that I can easily download from my mobile app why would I wasting my time going to the bank and ask for assistance. Totally wasting my time and very unprofessional.

Had a great experience at the bank with Lisa whom I saw on Saturday. She was extremely pleasant, attentive and went above and beyond. Thank you once again Lisa!
