“I often interact with the pharmacy because my dad requires medication. I moved from the last pharmacy a few years back because we had difficulties obtaining medication on time and poor communication. Since being at Widdicombe, even though they have a large client base as you can sometimes have to ring a few times to get through on the phone, I have had no issues. The staff are friendly, approachable & kind and pharmacist gives advice on medication for my dad, especially as he meds can change frequently and is very flexible.”

“I really wish I could remember her name, but I had one of the most helpful and informative experiences with one of the pharmacists at this location. This was also completely unprompted as I think she could tell I was a bit confused and just generally feeling unwell. She made sure I knew exactly how to use each of my new medications and even caught a mistake that the doctor at Lewisham’s urgent care had made, called the doctor right away, and got it corrected.This experience was made all the better because I felt like she actually cared and genuinely wanted to help, which was far from the very unpleasant interaction I had with the doctor at urgent care who basically seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.If you live in or around the Ladywell area or just need a quick prescription pick up after a visit to the hospital, I highly recommend choosing Sheel.Quick, informative and overall just very pleasant people.”

We were seen to on time for our appointment, the front-of-house member of staff was friendly and helpful. The pharmacist knowledgeable and shared plenty of practical advice for all of us. “I think everyone should give the staff a break! Please remember how many departments there are and how many prescriptions are issued on a daily basis. You cannot rush this process as mistakes will happen. The only advice I would give is to offer if the patient would like their prescription sent to another pharmacy near their home or offer a token. It's the patients choice at the end of the day. I did this and the one particularly lady that I dealt with around 1.30 pm on Friday! She was amazing!!”
