Normally okay when we order from here but recently it's just been issue after issue. Last time they didn't put one of our sides in the bag and today after ordering a double chicken burger, we only received a single. Really disappointing as it's not hard to read a receipt. Do better.

Had a great experience at Nando?s Lewisham today! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from Nando?s ? but what really made the visit stand out was the service. Akshata was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. She made sure everything was perfect with our order and checked in with a smile, which really added a personal touch to the whole meal. It?s always nice when the staff go above and beyond, and Akshata definitely did. Will definitely be coming back ? thanks again!

Ordered chicken livers and half a chicken and oh my goodness..it took an age too come..nobody else waiting in the take away are but me.then a lady walks in and gets her order before me...I couldn't believe it!!!?...after highlighting it with the manager who looked like she was fond of a few too many nandos she asked me if I wanted my money back...shock horror..imagine a representative of a global firm asking if you want your money back after waiting nearly 40 minutes for Said order...add to the the young waitresses laughing at me for complaining ..what a very unprofessional food place,I would have been valued more at a run down chicken shop franchise a few doors down...Female manager awful...and staff walking around on their phones laughing at me obviously think they are not without any serviceable manner whatsoever.

Online order review. Ordered my first Spicy Rice bowl...So delicious and flavoursome. A good combination of rice and vegetables. Also ordered a Chicken breast with Lemon and Herb flavouring which enhanced the overall spicy taste. Would order again!!

I want to convey my dissatisfaction with the service at Nandos Lewisham. When I visited, there was a lack of cooperation and rudeness from the supervisors and management towards both the employees and customers. There was evident division between the floor team and management, and I even overheard the management mocking the employees in a language that I understood. This behavior was UNACCEPTABLE , and I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly.

Yesterday, I had a birthday. So, My decided to me treat at Nandos. But we didn?t there is branch in Lewisham. Then we went there. Oh my god, the service was 10/10. From the beginning, they provided excellent services to us. Miss Laurita, you are amazing person. Also they celebrated my birthday. My wife brought a cake for me. And they took it and they served the cake to us with amazing singing. I am really glad to went there. Thank you so much everyone. Definitely, me and my wife will come again. Recommend place for food and great services.

Didn?t get the order correct, missing items , stone cold chips and the pitta breads containing a tasteless chicken breast was old and quite stale!
Most of the food was totally inedible , certainly won?t be ordering from them again! There?s better options from the local chicken shop and half the price.
