I ordered 2 capuccino, one normal and one decaff with caramel, and the guy gave me a normal one with caramel, plus the food is poor quality and the staff alway unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend ????

Today afternoon I went to enjoy a coffee with a piece of cake. The orange cake I ordered was very good, but I ordered it with a caffe latte with oat milk since I am intolerant to regular milk. As soon as I tried the coffee I realized that even though I asked for the brand ?alpro? milk, my coffee was very bad, either because it was not the right milk, I think they served me ?soya?milk, which I do not like at all and that is why I identified it very easily. I was very disappointed that when I told the waiter his response was ?next time I will give you better service? so he knows that what I was complaining about was true. I was very upset that they gave me another milk when they charged me extra for giving me a dairy-free milk.

This was by far THE BEST sticky toffee muffin I?ve ever had! So goey and fresh, not dry at all like most muffins you try from displays. My cappuccino was also really nice, i asked for a small one and got a regular instead (lucky day). The service was approaching, speedy and friendly. Prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality offered. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a ?Muffin Break?.

Good choice of brunch and cake options with excellent coffee in the middle of the shopping centre. We had shakshuka on toast which was very tasty and each enjoyed our drinks, Americano and chai latte with oat milk. Friendly and helpful service.

My sister and I used to come here before she moved, so now I have 'dates' with my fella here. The coffee here is so smooth and the carrot cake is one of the best I have had in years. Definitely recommend

Brilliant service yesterday when I came in for two Flats Whites and Cinnamon Swirls. As someone who drinks non dairy milk there was a range of choices, which is always a plus! Both staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

Been here a few times, and every time the customer service was amazing, very quick to acknowledge customer and super helpful guys, coffee was great and food tasty and presentable.

So so so delicious!! I tried a ?Banoffee Duffin? which is a doughnut/muffin and it was soo delicious. The caramel flavour in the middle was soooo nice and the texture also was really nice. I ended up getting another one because it was just that good! The coffee sizes are such good value for money, a regular cup size is realllly big for only about £3 it?s great and the pistachio duffin was great too, but the Banoffee Duffin was definitely the star of the show! Will definitely be back!!!

Tikka masala Yorkshire pudding wrap was so flavorful. Banoffee milk shake with soy milk was AMAZING. Flat white whith salted caramel and oat milk was SO good as well. I haven?t enjoyed dirks as such for a while. Orange cake was moist and delicious. They have a big selection of muffins, cakes and sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Medium prices.

I order salted caramel flat white from here and I am addicted 10/10?. Best coffee in London so far and the sandwiches are also good 8/10. I tried the apple cinnamon muffin and it?s tasty I?d give it 8/10

No napkins offered, stale muffin (worst ever- banana and coconut). If it ever had any moisture in it, long since evaporated.
Coffee good in fairness and reasonable prices.
