When I got my drink (coke), I found a maggot in my drink. I was not happy, within this experience. And would not go there again, I hope no one else would come across this.

The double bacon and egg muffin was excellent and so was the coffee!
I have to visit more often!
Today I tried the new Big Arch Burger, which I found a bit dry until I added some ketchup and I also had a Fillet of Fish, which is always very nice and a large Coke to wash it all down.
Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the foods and drink, although as I said, I found the Big Arch Burger a bit dry until I added some ketchup.
The Fillet of Fish Burger was of the usual excellent quality and the large Coke was just perfect to wash everything down in this fairly hot weather.
Today I tried the Breakfast Roll with Ketchup and a flat white Coffee to go with it.
The Breakfast Roll was very good, Sausage, Bacon and Egg with Ketchup, all in a lovely toasted Roll.
It tasted fantastic and the portion was large enough to satisfy my hungry tummy!
The flat White was nice and strong and perfect to wash it all down.
Waiting time was almost non existent and the staff were very friendly.

This place is always manic!! Managers and security guard have appaling behaviour. No regard for customer service!!

The screen did not provide the ticket with the number. The guy in the delivering did not care or understands. The breakfast bread was with a missing part....

????? Terrible service with no solution
I?ve ordered several times from McDonald?s in Lewisham, and there are always issues. This time, part of the order was missing ? the most basic thing. On top of that, the complaints system doesn?t work: no response or just no resolution at all. It?s unbelievable that a brand like McDonald?s allows this level of incompetence. If they can?t deliver a complete order or handle customer service properly, they shouldn?t offer delivery at all.

Found the eat in area dirty and not user friendly, we've used McDonald's in Australia and this does not compare whatsoever, likelihood we won't use it again.

How McDonald's still has the fast food tag in its name is deceptive in its own way. 25 mins to get food whilst I watch it sitting on the plate for 20 mins so when it arrived it was cold and hard and the server wishes they was anywhere but there it makes me wonder why I go (my kids asked on this occasion) and after this again in a different store . I think I'll keep away in future.
