I like the clothes a lot .The prices are good with good quality. .at this particular shop paying set up was not very well run a lot of the time my only company but I find it better now with the new self service set ups .

The small retail park is scheduled for demolition at some point in favour of flats.
Matalan itself, a little depressing as a store with little to offer of interest by way of homeware and clothing. There wares are bested by other retailers pretty much across the board.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at Matalan, I will never shop there again. I bought something for tightening, shaping the body (belly, hips), I don't know what it's called, worth 20 pounds (3 pcs) no. 10. I went in the afternoon to exchange them for No. 8 and they didn't want to, and they didn't want to return the money either. Shame on you.

I visited here for shirts and cargo trousers, but they not only didn't have a range in my size. And not the type of shirts I was looking for.

On my free shift on Saturday I decided to go for a window shopping at MATALAN the Lewisham branch. I didn't know about them until a colleague told me of what she got from them so my ??? curiosity led me there and i never was disappointed ????. The shop is very spacious, neatly and nicely arranged with stuff???. They've got spacious car park, and levels of clothing space for children, women and men?. The variety of things sold there comes with good quality and affordable prices ??, I was so amazed. Even though I didn't have much money I decided to get a dress which I couldn't take my eyes off it???. Unfortunately I was not allowed to take pictures of the place but at least I can show u what I got??. They're made up of lot of branches so just checkout the one which is close to u and pay them a visit, trust me you won't regret ???.

Horrible experience! They couldn't find anyone to work the tills and when they finally did we were forced to purchase bags because they Raj out of paper bags 'a few weeks ago'

It is always nice shopping at Matalan,though the denim collection appears quite dear,it seems to be good quality.Great staff too!
