The worst Local Branch (of any bank) I have ever visited. The staff were unprofessional, disorganised and very poor attitude towards customer service.Me and my partner visited a Local Branch to open a Joint Account together, we both already bank with Lloyds. We were refused by the staff telling us this is not possible in the branch stating contradicting reasons ranging from ?it can only be done via mobile app? to ?there?s no consultant in branch to do this for you today?. This most basic request from a Lloyds Bank branch could not be accommodated, with the staff demonstrating a blank expression of reluctance and absent minded.

After waiting for 1h, the first cashier told me she couldn?t do what I needed and asked me to wait for her colleague, which I patiently did. When the second cashier heard what I needed, she loudly said to the first cashier ?thanks for this one? in front of me and both laughed.None of the cashiers ended up giving me the document I needed, they?ve asked me to print it myself.After 9 years with Lloyd?s, they?ll be closing my account with them.Well done to this branch for treating the customers so poorly. They don?t even deserve 1 star.

The cashier was very rude and she took £30 of my money when I did deposit.I went to deposit money into my account as I didn?t have my card with me, she asked me for the details I started saying it and she said: Give me your phone instead of shout your details. In a very rude way. I said to her to don?t be rude with me she said take your money and Im not gonna do your service. I was shocked and I didn?t leave so she did my service at the end but taking £30 of my deposit which was £100.I can?t believe this whole situation and Im very disappointed.

Felt like the cashier scammed me out off money. Asked for a certain amount, given only that amount but my card had a withdrawal with extra £20. Yes I should of checked, but I was rushing and the branch was packed. I felt on edge.By the time I realised it was too late.Been to Bromley today and such a better safer service

Been there reluctantly due to the bad reviews I saw here, but today I was greeted by a very nice person (Trenton, at least this is what was written on his windows laptop), He was really nice, efficient and fast, I'm very happy with the service that i have received today.

The Manager of this branch in Lewisham ( A Stern Chauvinist White Male Who Has A Problem With People Of Colour, Even Though He Works In An Urban Area) Is the rudest unapproachable individual you could ever come across, he is rude, arrogant and no help whatsoever. He clearly is not happy with his post and should move on.

Very quick and efficient service with a smile. Wish I got the ladies name but she was lovely
