I work within a few steps away from this Lidl. I shop in here everyday for my lunch. I am starting to think why should I bother, the security guard literally follows me around the store and makes me feel very uncomfortable everytime, like I am doing something wrong, its the same security guard everyday, I am surprised he doesn't know a regular shopper. I understand thousands of people go in a day, but you do get to know regulars, especially when they go in the shop at the same time everyday. Securitys should guard the shop and watch to make sure there is no one stealing I get that, but it doesn't mean following you around making you feel like you are being pinpointed for no reason, today, I just come back, I was at the bakery section, and he was standing right behind me watching what I was doing!!!, I could see his reflection in the glass.
Management of Lidls, you need to speak to your secuirty of this shop, as this is not acceptable.
I have been in the shop at times, and even witness other customers who have approached this secruity guard due to this behaviour towards them.
I do not want to come in your shop and be made to feel uncomfortable.
Please don't reply back with;
So sorry about this, We'll get this raised with the regional team to ensure this is addressed with the store and doesn't happen again, or asking me to send any email.
All these complaints, should be taken seriously, this is why nothing ever gets done.

Item scanned twice so paid twice. No staff to help so I am out of pocket. Lidl asked me to contact with evidence and received a credit at 2nd attempt

Unhelpful staff and incompetent loss prevention officers.
I was at self checkout for a while due to the amount I had. The loss prevention officer was stood by the tills the entire time, he watched scan and pack everything, he watched me struggle with the bags and then had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. He stood and watched me pay for my items and then decided he wanted question my purchases just to be a menace. First he asked if myself and 2 other women were together and we said no, then he kept asking other people if I were with them, after I finally brought all my bags to the loading area where you do your parking verification he decided to ask for my receipt saying he wanted to check something. I told him no and then he kept badgering me and went to ask the staff member at the self checkout questions about my bags. I was given a nonsense excuse of how he was watching everyone not just me but failed to see the man than was placing items in his bag and then walked out.

This is another Lidl with active parking scam, you must scan your receipt to get free 90 min parking. Lidl must answer why some locations still have this. Is it not enough to have a camera with plate recognition scanning cars in and out and penalise those who spend over 90 minutes or whatever free time allowed.

'Lukasz' - a checkout operator - is unbelievably rude and unhelpful - bordering on nasty in fact. Obviously his parents haven't taught him manners, courtesy or respect. Coupled with his slovenly appearance he really does Lidl a disservice. There's actually some very nice and helpful other people who work here - but he brings the whole operation down unfortunately.
The store was also incredibly untidy - boxes in the aisles and empty boxes / cardboard that customers have to move to get to product on the shelves.
Oh and the shopping baskets are filthy - the wheeled ones in particular need a good washing.
All in all it seems that the management hasn't got a proper grip on the smooth operation of the store and is not focused on training some of the staff to be respectful.
