Disgustingly rude staff. Won?t even look at you when asking for assistance (multiple staff). I arrived an hour before close to collect an order. They closed the fitting room and firstly advised me that they always close the fitting room an hour before close then decided to say that it?s due to short staff. I counted no less than 6 members of staff on my way out?

Store not customer friendly - the whole purpose of existing! Only two manned tills for cash transactions/ returns/ additional help, so queues reach down half the store on weekends/busy periods. 4 self service tills, if they?re open, if you want to do the company?s job for them. During less busy times the staff frown at you if you want to checkout with a person instead of using self service. Poor!

No help what so ever! I needed to contact the lewisham H&M as left my bag in the changing room, customer service couldn?t get through as no one answered so I asked if they could keep trying and call me back, they said they can?t do that and I?d have to call back in half an hour and go through explaining it all again!!!!!!! So annoying !!!!!! Useless!!!!!!
Have to add when I was there Saturday 26th July 2025 the man working in store was so rude and unhelpful, I managed with self checkout but made another woman feel stupid the way he spoke to her! Rude and he gets paid to do this ??

The worst! Took ages to check out - ONE person working there! Doing checkouts, online collections, returns and assisting the self-checkouts too. Ridiculous!

Love to shop for my younger kids..No staff in view when need. Everytime scan member code the system ask you to get staff to accept the membership code to proceed further..Long wait..very slow process

fitting rooms close too early, I never get to try anything on. I avoid going to this H&M unless its an online order. It's always nearly empty I believe because or poor service.

Had a few pair of jeans I wanted to try on after browsing for 20 mins and they wouldn?t let me try them on because they close the change rooms 30 mins before closing. Waste of time

I recently visited the H&M store and had a fantastic experience! The layout was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions I had. I was particularly impressed with their sustainable clothing line; it?s great to see a brand committed to eco-friendly practices. The prices are reasonable, and I found some stylish pieces at great discounts. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience. I?ll definitely be back!?
