Nice spot although, felt a bit hidden in the shopping centre (may not be a bad thing). Service and coffee as good as any Costa is, my one gripe is I couldn't get phone reception but, maybe not being disturbed ain't a bad thing either.

Wifi is currently not working, so it can't get even 3* from me. The mint tea and flapjack were made promptly, which I like.

The staff are so lovely, welcoming and kind and they always remember my order off by heart when I visit during my lunch break.

Tried to use Disabled toilet today it was locked. Was told by staff it?s only for Baby changing. So use other toilet. Awful, so all us disabled can?t use the facility of place we have spent money in.

Haven't been here since a while, because Costa quality went downhill for me. Today I popped in Costa at Lewisham Shopping Centre unplanned, and I was extremely surprised, staff were very very very helpful and polite and what I ordered was spot on. Once again when is full package costumer service + well made drink, is a win win!

I came here with my sister awhile ago to finally try out the hot milkshake. It was all right.....but I had mixed feelings about it. Maybe it's just wasn't my thing but I'm glad I tried something new.

Excellent service, average coffee, average over-priced food, generally unclean seating areas. A lack of WIFI in today's world is a deal breaker! Really Costa, how hard is it to set up a working WIFI for your paying customers?? You clearly don't value our business!!! The only reason I am giving this a 3.5* is due to the staff, whose consistent positive attitude is very notable!
