Probably the worst telephone support ever experienced except for HMRC. Waited 20 minutes and no sign of being answered as they give no indication where you are in the queue, 2 or 2000. Moving account to Metro Bank.

Giving some credit due to them that on request on what was needed done today on short notice, they did so in a professional and friendly way, communicating clearly despite the shortcomings of oneself usually when communicating with others.

Poorly equipped brach. Just one cash machine. No deposit or statement machines. Long queue & was not offered a private space to complete my business- resetting Internet banking.

This has got to be the worst bank and the worst branch of a bank that I have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with. Being directed there from customer service, which is a lengthy experience of its own, the staff here repeatedly 'unblocked' my card and it was then repeatedly refused by all ATMs, then couldn't transfer my money to a friend's account, and left me with the only recourse of just closing the account permanently... Even that took time. So much better with HSBC.?

Been with the bank for over 40 years. I have no local branch any more and the online website does not work properly. On two occasions now I have tried to delete a direct debit without luck. It just locks the system. Then it's on to the telephone banking service, which is laughable. The waiting time is always so long that I give up. Appalling bank now.

Person who served me did very well considering we was communicating through a screen and I was wearing a mask together with my tinnitus it proved difficult at times.Our conversation, therefore ,was loud,the problem for me was that there were around 6 customers in line waiting so our conversation was heard by all.I was asked for my two digit of my security code,my first school and why I wanted the cash requested.I know our conversation was heard,because whilst I waiting for my cash I overheard ,without trying every other conversation that took place between customers and members of staff .Not only did I find this intrusive I believe it maybe a breach of the Data Protection Act.I await your response

Customer service has been so appalling. I?m leaving. I was told by an agent it was my choice! Lol so I?m off to a bank that cares about the customer.
