“Primary Lewisham seems to slways have all sizes. Unlike the larger stores like Bromley and Chalton. So can always find what I want BUT paying for the stuff is challenging. They have a new system which clearly isn’t working down stairs many self pay now which should be ok but isn’t and two other tills where I ended up waiting to pay for half hour the queue was so so long. Tills upstairs closed. REALLY on a Saturday afternoon you need more staff.”

“I often use this Superdrug and the young staff always seem to be pleasant and happy to help. I have to give a special mention to Giovanni. One time I was ill and had come with my girlfriend, who was taking her time and I couldn’t find a seat. I sat down on the floor in discomfort. He saw me at checked if I was okay before going to the back and getting me a stool. Customer service is going above and beyond; he definitely did that!”
