Rude and unwelcoming customer service. I have visited this shop for 5 years now, but never stepping again until the lady at cash counter is changed.

Visited on a Sunday. Was served by Karen and Aubery. Staff moved slow and wasn't very helpful or responsive. I had to suggest measuring my child's feet to obtain the correct size. When given the shoes, we was left to figure it all out for ourselves. I'm no professional shoe fitter, so i asked for help. Didn't get much help from staff and ended up figuring it all out for ourselves. The shoes we preferred had a visable mark on them. When i pointed it out to staff no movement was made to figure out a solution. I had to suggest checking for another pair and if they knew how we could get the mark out. No one wants to buy £52 shoes with a visable mark. So i asked if they could try and remove it. Again i was met with hurdles as though i wasn't in a reputable company that i've bought shoes from for many years. No other suggestions was made by staff when the mark couldn't be removed. When asked if the shoes could be purchased online i was met with a blank response.

Clarks shoes are the best, no doubt about it. However, this store is almost empty, with only a few shoes available for sale. There aren't many options to choose from. Good quality footwear with comfort and durability. The store's inventory can sometimes be limited, so it?s a good idea to call ahead if you're looking for specific styles or sizes. Overall, a reliable place to shop for shoes, especially if you value well-made, long-lasting footwear.

Just been into Clarks in Lewisham for some shoe conditioner. The store was quite busy with only two ladies serving. They were great!! They had it all under control. The till area was BUSY but they were calm, smiley and just outright nice. I don't do shops anymore, I stick to Amazon. These ladies make me want to return.

Horrible customers service. I have ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago and I still do not have any information where they are. They supposed to arrive on Monday 09 but the didn't. I called the customer service and asked for refund because I needed them for a specific event. They told me I can not be refunded until the shoes do not arrive. Today I went to the store,where they should arrive and they told me-they can not check where the shoes are,because the system is shut.... Really??? 80£ for nothing!!!!

Popped in to get my daughters feet measured up for her first ever pair of school shoes. Every staff member I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. They put my daughter, who has just turned 4 and can by quite shy at ease and made the whole experience extremely easy ??
