Absolutely appallingly rude new member of staff. Have visited twice in the last week in the early hours, only to be met by the most ignorant, argumentative, rude staff member here. Now it is open 24 hours, instead of just the hatch, but I won't be bothering to go again. How this individual got their job I will never know. Undoubtedly nepotism. Will be making a formal complaint to BP as well as the owners of this site.

As usual toilets always out of order closed purposely as staff simply doesn?t want to clean them. When I asked to show me it?s actually broken they refused.

PS. Shell rarely has this problem.

TOILET BROKEN
The toilet here has been broken for three months, say staff.
Certainly not working in the last eight days.

On this bp there is lady working, I am very local to the area she always refuses customers to serve them she is to rude many time with customers, she refuses to take item from the shelf and say I can't go and pick up the item, absolutely she is not good for the business, she's no deserve this job if she keep refuses customers, she was working night shift on 30/07/2024

Ive been to this bp on various nights and purchase donut?s however on some occasions specifically when there is a young lady working on the till she refuses to let me buy them when they are clearly in stock. Very poor customer service especially when travelling from far.

I find this place nasty and the workers arrogant and miserable. The Chinese cashier showed me the middle finger when I complained about him not paying attention to pumps and keeping me waiting for over 10 minutes to authorise the pump.I will never ever use this petrol station, and it's a such a shame that this poor and angry guy is employed there,disgusting attitude!!!

WARNING - AGGRESSIVE PARKING FINES; The fuel price is reasonable and the customer service has improved significantly over the last 12 months. I recently stopped by to buy fuel to take a friend to Stansted. Upon my return, I stopped again to pick up a few items for dinner. A few days later I was served a £100 parking fine for being on the premises for more than 30 minutes. I've appealed successfully, but I was genuinely shocked and will definitely consider this before stopping multiple times / at all in future.

A really great bp store the management are really great and are very enthusiastic. I used to store on a regular basis. And would classes as one of the best bp stores in the area?

Plenty of manoeuvring space and 8 pumps to choose from. Not the most expensive fuel and choice of petrol or diesel at each pump. Air and water conveniently located. Water is free but airline start at £1 for 5 minutes and is just about the right time to do and check 4 tyres if you hurry. Mini convenient Market shop for travellers mainly.
