Absolutely appallingly rude new member of staff. Have visited twice in the last week in the early hours, only to be met by the most ignorant, argumentative, rude staff member here. Now it is open 24 hours, instead of just the hatch, but I won't be bothering to go again. How this individual got their job I will never know.... read full comment

As usual toilets always out of order closed purposely as staff simply doesn’t want to clean them. When I asked to show me it’s actually broken they refused. Draw your own conclusions. PS. Shell rarely has this problem.
