Customer service appalling. Impossible to contact them by phone so you have to go down there just to find out they haven?t ordered the medication you need urgently. No apology or effort to help out. Not fit for purpose.

Shocking wait times. Have never waited less than 1.5 hours for a prescription; this time waited 2 hours. They must need more resource or more space.

Horrendous waiting time. Only one person checking the prescriptions. This causes 2h waiting time.Unfortunately some members of staff are very unpleasant and this makes it very difficult to reason and talk to them. Someone should sort this place out. Never seen such a poor service at Boots.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Slowest pharmacy ever. 2 hours wait!! Longer than it took me to be admitted and x rayed. Disgraceful. 20 prescriptions issued in 2 hours. It took me being so frustrated I started crying for anyone to even move. Cracked ribs and waiting for pain relief for 2 hours :(

One of the worst places Service wise. There are two windows at counter: one for hand in prescription, other one for collection. Que on hand in is long, no que on collection. Only one staff member is sitting on hand in side. No one on collection. I am waiting for 15 min, x3 I have asked to call the person for collection window, no reaction follows. Hospital staff start coming in and skipping que, asking to quickly give them some meds for the patients. And the guy on the till does it. Lady next to me starts crying because she has been waiting much longer and she must go back to breastfeed. At this point even hospital staff who skipped que are asking to serve the lady first. Awful service!

2 hours waiting to get the medication for my 2 years old. Terrible service. A lot of ill people waiting for their medication. People desperate shouting and begging. I will find a way to make a proper claim form.

Awful place, empty shelves, very slow service. Made even worse by the fact that there are prescriptions only they can fulfil on behalf of the hospital. Boots should be ashamed of themselves.

This is one of the worst pharmacy I?ve ever attended. The waiting time is usually over 90 minutes while you look behind the staff are not doing anything. I have been to more busy pharmacies in this, but this is one of the worst one even the nurses and the doctors are saying this is the worst pharmacy in London.

Shockingly slow service. Never wait less than an hour for medication here. They clearly need more staff/resources because it?s not really fit for purpose right now. Consultants and doctors know it too and encouraged a complaint to be made.

No system whatsoever - they left my pregnant partner stood for nearly 2 hours while they repeatedly fobbed us off saying the prescription is coming. Only way to get them to deal with you is to stand at the counter. Not an issue with understaffing as they were all just milling around in complete chaos, no prescriptions being issued.

This is the worst Pharmacy - it serves the busy hospital out-patients and they have one person serving customers one by one so when they go to check if they have a medication, the till is unattended. Therefore a long queue forms that exits the shop into the waiting area. The automated number system has been broken for weeks so the Pharmacist stops serving to come out into the waiting room in the hospital. It takes about 2 hours to get routine medications and they told me they didn?t have my insulin until my doctor came down and argued with them. Boots clearly have an unbreakable contract with Lewisham Hospital or this outfit would have been condemned. There is clearly a management problem here in that they probably don?t have one. Boots please fix this shocker.

I have had to depend on this pharmacy for the last 8 years to collect hospital only medication and each time I have to interact with them, I absolutely dread it. The wait times are horrendous and the customer service is disgraceful. There have only been a few times where a collection has gone without a problem. Something needs to change and fast!
