I rang Jewson today with a queery on my account with. I'd prepared myself firstly for a long wait on hold whilst trying to get through and then fully expecting (one I got hold of someone) not much joy at all because my experience over the years with staff at these large stores has never been great.
To my shock, the call was answered within seconds by Megan Thompson on Tools Hire. I told her that my enquiry was not Tools Hire related but she insisted on helping me regardless. This shocked me because normally, I'd of been fobbed off by an employee who just doesn't care.
To the contrary, she was so diligent, polite, respectful and GENUINELY wanted to please. You can tell beyond any doubt she loves her job and clearly does her very best at it. I respect this so much in a person.
I never leave reviews, but she deserves it so much that I took the time out from my mega-busy day to do it because she too took her time in her very busy day to help me. She resolved my issue with my account quickly and effectively. She's truly a huge asset to the company and they're lucky to have her.

Had a delivery here this morning and coming from a truck driver I had a good experience. Staff were lovely and polite special thanks to the lady who was lovely and made me a coffee didn't get her name but thank you.

So arrived at jewsons today travelled from Luton as we are doing work here waited to be served fella walks out from back and yes yeh. After I made a comment that's not how customer service works he then slammed products on the counter absolutely disgusting if you don't like your job then don't work there.. if that's your attitude in life you won't go far

Absolute disaster of a branch! No one has a clue what they?re doing and after waiting over an hour for the ONLY member of the hire team to appear from lunch we were then told by the extremely unhelpful man on the counter that despite him knowing we were waiting here he laughed at us and told us that the hire man has been back and gone. Absolutely rubbish service, poor professionalism won?t use again.
