The most helpful old scotish man I have ever met.
He was great converting inches to mm when I was buying radiators today. The customer service was that of a 5 star hotel down the west end.
His posture , eye contact and the will to sell radiators were something I have never seen before.

Useless. Ordered a torch and Mapp gas cylinder. Was told it'd be there next day. Went to collect 4 days later. Queued for 25 minutes. When served, was told gas had not yet arrived ("oh, it'll probably be next week"), and the soldering torch was evidently a heavily used returned item - in packaging, but blackened and rusted! When queried, was told "come on, there's all these people waiting". Feckless cowboys.
