What a lovely place to have a quick lunch with children in the sun. pitta bread and hummus, sausage and chips, BLT. Everybody was happy. There are also coveted tables for a rainy day.Kid-friendliness: Lots of toys to play with in the garden.

When we came, the personal was cleaning the floor. They didn?t clean their hands and didn?t use gloves to help us. They touched our tea bags and cakes by their hands. Insanitary conditions

A lovely community cafe, nothing fancy .. but, friendly staff and a good community of people .. if your looking for your hipster-over over priced avocado and toast this is the place is not for you. A simple menu and decent coffee .. an asset to the community with affordable prices for everyone.. sandwiches and all day breakfasts .. it?s more of a old school cafe menu.. the field is dumped toys from the d play centre , however kids love it

i love this cafe. their terrace under a canopy of trees overlooking a playground and tennis courts is unmatched on a sunny day. but probably what is most precious about it is the people that run it and those who frequent it. there?s a neighbourly and unpretentious vibe; the owners will remember you and your order (mine?s ?the usual?), coffee is good, there?s quite a selection of food which is also well-priced and is super dog-friendly (sausages, water, carrots available on request) AND kid-friendly (plenty of toys on a great little covered playroom).

The Cafe itself is adequate but what is so amazing about the Oasis cafe is that they have a large enclosed outdoor space that's a lifesaver for young toddlers. Lots of bikes and cars for them to play with. Adults get to breathe and relax while their kids play safely. I love this place and I wish it's everywhere! All my playdates r here!

The cafe is old school. It has a selection of packaged snacks for kids. We didn?t try the food on the menu. The reason we visit occasionally is the simply amazing array of toys that they have, especially outside. Some are weather-worn and broken, but still a lot of fun.

After our favourite Thai restaurant, the Elephant Royal in London unfortunately had to close due to the pandemic, we had had been looking for a new Thai restaurant for our trips to London. After some not so good experiences, we found the Thai at Oasis near Finsbury park. It's a small restaurant but has enough space for several small parties. The menu is offering a good selection of thai dishes. Our food arrived quickly and we are happy to say, this is one of the very few restaurant actually listening to their customers wishes for authentic spicy Thai food! Nothing toned down, no 'white version'. The meat was tender, the vegetables juicy and still with a crunch and even fresh Thai basil had been used. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What the chilli peppers used didn't had enough in heat (after all, their heat varies naturally) they made up in flavour. My somewhat chilli crazy wife may have wanted a bit more heat, but then, she often eats more spicy than even most Thai people. For anyone looking for authentic Thai food, this is one of the few restaurants I can recommend.

It's aways nice to have a cafe where you can get a cuppa and sit outside and relax.
