I popped into this DIY store as I needed a small threaded cap. Despite only spending 50p. The staff were polite, patient, friendly, and helpful. The shop, which is located on the Market Square of Hern Hill, is well stocked. Everything you would expect to find in a hardware store plus more.

Excellent service. My whole house renovation goods, was purchased from this one store, the staff went above and beyond. The owner has two shops and what they did not have in one store be it out of stock or sold out, they would bring from the other store or order it in, the same day or within 24hrs. Highly recommend.
