No Accountability and utterly nonsense
Staff and the managers were very unprofessional, speaks utterly nonsense. I had a problem of wrong parts delivered. No one is interested to resolve the issue. They say they have not delivered and not ready to talk to delivery team where the delivery came from. Totally nonsense, utterly un professional. I had to stop the work and still have to pay the builder just because of the error they made. I am at loss.

Online orders are not dealt in store, wickes simply says its an order from 3rd party so call helpline which I don?t like as they take no ownership and wickes website and order receipt says otherwise.

Absolutely poor customer service. Busy shopping & as we turn the aisle are rushed by Ravi to pay immediately. She said the store is closed & we have to pay now. No notice given & there are no clocks on floor to tell the time. Item was damaged & nobody bothered to notify us when processing payment. The manager Ryan was equally as remiss & said yes she was pushing us to pay for our benefit. It's the store policy. All of which i understood, however the manner in which the situation was dealt with was extremely abrupt & rude; have the courtesy to allow us to complete our final purchase or at least offer to help & give us a chance to get our bearings. Then she has the nerve to interject our personal conversation saying this is policy and how it is. Advised her if she cannot do customer service then this is not the line for her. Ryan was equally as bad & said you have a phone to check the time. Explained we are not walking around staring at our phones!! Really is a pathetic show of service... staff is clearly clueless & have no interest or understanding customer needs.

3 stars because of access and traffic getting in and out of the shop. Found what I needed inside with no problem but going to a shop for 1 item that took 45 mins to get in and out of the surrounding roads - nightmare! Even your staff said the roads were always terrible...

Unbelievably poor customer service. Very rude, unprofessional and hiding away from their duties.
I bought 30 box of tiles all together. One box fell because of loose packaging and just one
tile got slightly damaged. Instead of replacing they blamed me and made fun of me. I felt so embarrassed and disappointed. I will never buy anything from Hayes branch or recommend to anyone. They don?t even deserve one star.
