Normal starbucks in a hotel. Staff can be more friendly?

When I reached the counter, I greeted by saying Good Morning and there was as no reply from the staff Ms.Mary.
Then I requested for a cup of Very Hot Americano to which Ms. Mary replied (in a loud tone of voice) ?I don?t have very hot only Hot is available?.
And then she spoke about some temperature regulated equipment .
I understand that may be you cannot boil things there in the store but what was that reply?
I mean as customers who are paying, do we need this kind of a lecture early in the morning.
She can just say ?I?ll try Ma?am?.
And really the tone of voice, why as a customer I deserve to hear such loud tone of voice.
But offcourse the Coffee was Nice and fresh.
Thank you Starbucks for the lovely Coffee.

I stopped off here to get a sandwich and a drink between trains. I recognised the reviews beforehand didn?t seem positive but this was not reflective of my experience at all! The staff were attentive and asked about my day. They were smiley and checked back to see everything was okay once I was at the table which I appreciated as it was quite busy. Overall, I came out of it with a really positive experience. Thank you!!

Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but I had good service. The girl that served me was pleasant and friendly. Small branch located in the station. I was going to sit in, but it was boiling inside on a sunny August afternoon and there were loads of homeless people around eyeing bags! If your commuting then stop by, but not worth a special trip.

Our hotel of choice when we?re travelling from Heathrow! This year there was no need for us to stay locally because of our flight time but for years staying at the Sheraton has felt like a great start to our holiday - so we booked. With great anticipation we arrived and checked in. This was laboured and I asked to give card details which they said was not necessary but to which I later had to use my car for room service. No recognition of being a loyal guest of several years yet also no information about the amenities and in particular that the wonderful pool, one of the main reasons we stayed at the hotel was closed! We found that out later. Our family room - average - very dated and in some places unclean. The room service - okay - and the menu - well I don?t think it?s changed for several years! So all in all, we will continue to stay at Heathrow but will choose another hotel on the Bath road, where we can watch the planes, relax by a pool and be close for our outgoing flight!
