We were sitting at table 41 Food is okay not up to expectations . (Service 1 )food server is bad , for presentation is good but food taste is okay. Getting drinks order is good but I think could be better ?

I?ve been frequenting this establishment for the past 20 years and my question to JD -Why are ALL the staff ALWAYS so rude and miserable ,they never greet you with a smile it?s always silence??., your made to feel 3rd class - Weatherspoons need to sort this out !
