I had the pleasure of visiting the Tesco Esso petrol station in Hayse and Harlington during my journey from Canada to London. Nigel's exceptional hospitality and helpfulness left a lasting impression on me. Despite being a traveler from afar, Nigel welcomed me warmly with his infectious smile and went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The staff members called Nigel was very rude to me I?m very regular customer of this shop but I noticed they are been very rude the manager was not helpful at all too.

Nice polite staff. I would say on occasions they are under staffed, but on the whole they are pleasant, polite and helpful.I witnessed one scenario where a customer was getting aggressive, due to another customer clearing out a product. The staff, although young, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Hats off to them.
