I visited 19/07/2025. The staff members name is Satheesh. He does not know how to do customer service. I asked a staff member for another staff members name and they said his name is Satheesh (I?m not sure if that?s right). He is disrespectful and he should not be in the customer service area. These kinds of staff treat customers unfairly and badly, they are giving the Tesco company a bad name.

Went in to Buy some gallons of Water needed 12 gallons asked a member of staff by the name of Anjaam who firstly having a conversation with another member of staff and could see that I was waiting to speak to him then when I asked if he could help me take the water to the car he said response was ?NO do I look like someone who can do this? being a woman I don?t think that is acceptable all he had to do was to put the water gallons on a trolley and push them out which another member of staff Gaganpreet did for me. Staff member Anjaam very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Very bad customer service and staff very rude.
On the 4th of august 2023 done some shopping at the self check out, payed and not received the receipt.
I have asked for help from staff available, and this one gentleman, if I can call him this way, named Preet, came to me and the first thing while I was trying to explain that I need my receipt.
He assumed that I?m stealing and saying because many people do that.
He did not even look at my bank app as I?ve had the transaction, not even checking and shouting at me.
When I have asked to speak to a manager same attitude, saying manager is not here come tomorrow , shouting and turning back on me, unacceptable.
I cannot believe this is the kind of people getting hired, and that there are people with such customer service and attitude.
This is really disappointing.
Please be careful when shopping there as it?s a genuine thing with staff treating customers with this kind of behaviour.
I will definitely not go again into that store because I cannot believe I had to go through this just to do my shopping.

Security guard kept following me around while I was deciding what to buy for lunch. I decided to take my custom elsewhere and shop in a more positive environment where I am not treated with suspicion. To be fair I did see someone try to steal a loaf of bread. They were caught bread handed ??

So I've been all the Tesco stores across London only this one got always them staff endlessly talking with customers from same background in them own language while people they queuing waiting to be served . Also today for the first time my meal deal was not a meal deal because although the Costa coffee machine is part of the offer apparently if you order a mocha instead of cappuccino the meal deal dose not work anymore . Absolutely awful , all the staff from the same background ( not British of course ) covering each other while the customers getting terrible service. I am only upset that I cannot rate this place with - stars because this one star I gave if deffinetley too much for what they deserve .

I went there to buy grocery on 9.June.2023. I went on till for self check out . There were some items which were not scanned. I was calling Tesco staff who was serving on another till. He was so rude. He said he can?t come again and again for me . He was speaking punjabi . Very bad person. Spoiled my mood that evening. I don?t prefer to go there again?? very poor service. People should learn how to deal with customers. No matters how busy they are. Hire some more staff so you can deal with each and every one.

Very poor customer service. Walked in and went to the till. Stood and waited 5 minutes and nobody came to serve me. I walked around the shop and found to members of staff chatting. I asked if anybody was serving was told "yes". When they finally went behind the till I was told "what do you want". I was served what I wanted and she walked off. No customer service or people skills. It's like they didn't want to be there and I had interrupted their conversation. ??
