I always make small purchases at this store. Most often, when I return home, I suddenly remember that I forgot to buy some groceries or some other thing. But I like this store because there is a post office in the middle of this store. You can also come and have your passport or driver's license photo taken.

My local tesco for many years now. Plenty of parking and services including pharmacy, cafe, and currency exchange counter. It's not the cheapest as I do find the same items cheaper at other supermarkets but it's convenient due to distance. I must note I had a bad experience with one of the staff who accused me of lying when it was in fact the staff that had messed up a gift card transaction, but the situation was resolved and I received an apology. Overall, it's a decent store.

Pleasant enough staff. My criticism is for Tesco's in general that has become too expensive. Who would have thought I would find cheaper products at my local corner shop! Bought tea, ordinary and decaf. £6 at Tesco's. Corner shop price £4!

Worst ever tsco i saw in terms of parking in and out ....if you go Sunday you will go for 3-4 hours stuck JAM ? so annoying will never come back , called the manager and other staff to let them know about help but no use

There are plenty of disabled parking bays, but the general public who are not disabled keeps parking. The security and staff seem to not care, and there is nobody giving out tickets. It has become a norm for the locals to park in the disabled parking bays!
I'm not disabled but I had to park away for my disabled nan who has a disabled badge. Security at the front just shrug their shoulder like "Oh well, nothing we can do."

My go to store when I want to do a big shop. I walk around every section to get my steps in and look though all the products. There is usually always some great bargains you can grab at there discounts section that are scatted thought the store. Only thing I could like is more hot foods but guess we cant have everything !

Good Tesco, only thing is that items are frequently replaced which makes it hard to find your groceries sometimes...also please don't send away the homeless people. They are harmless and don't actively begg for money.

?I had the pleasure of being assisted by Saroj at Tesco, and I can honestly say she?s the best cashier I?ve ever met! Saroj went above and beyond to help us, always with a warm and genuine smile. It?s rare to see someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued and cared for. Tesco truly needs more staff like Saroj, who bring such positivity and dedication to their work. I visited the yeading branch during the week. Whilst shopping around, I heard some of the staff speaking in their language whilst I was close by. I felt intimidated as I thought they were talking about me since I didn't understand their language. Soon after I left the shop. Please, Tesco, respect your customers by being professional. It's ok in your staff room but where customers are and when we are at work, speak the language that all understand. I'm sure even in your staff room you don't want to be the fish out of water when people start speaking to their friends in their language in the presence of someone who doesn't speak that language. Let's be kind to one another and respectful. I work for NHS. That attitude we were advised it goes against our code of conduct. Thank you.

Parking facility is zero no proper access for exit need to keep eye on it specially on Sunday 2 & half we stuck in parking ???

Great staff, great products at great prices. Keep it up. Just read other customer comments. You can't make every customer happy. Every negative comment had an unconvincing story behind it. Don't be discouraged.
