I had the worst experience in my life ever in this store. The problem is staff members on till?they are very rude and seriously dont know how to deal with the guests. It was my second time i went to this store and both times i request them to open the try room but they refused and even very rudely and the time was 8:05 pm so there is still time to close the store, i also respect the store timings, rules and all, but this was ridiculous. I just wanna buy one t shirt and i just wanna try the size thats it.Like i dont have any objection by getting refused for that service but there is a way to deal with it. I am seriously recommending to change the staff or brief them how to deal with the customers i am seriously feeling so bad and it was my second time. Both times happened the same and i will never came here again.

I am a disabled person on Oxygen, went to this store, whilst my friend was helping me with my shopping, an employee behaved me so rudely even she can see an disabled can?t walk easily. I have to leave the store without shopping because of her behaviour. Is it the Sports Direct policy to behave like this with disabled customers?

I have very bad experience i was waiting for staff members for 15 minutes after a while one staff member I found but she not responding and just running away, there were 3 more customers who facing same problem,I went to manager and he was also not responding unprofessional and not good customer service they have. Staff hiding in the isle and talking but no one want to help customer.

Seriously need to look at your members of staff. Totally useless and not helpful at all I brought a coat and was the only 1waiting to be served and their was 3 of them all chatting about pyjamas they liked. Not 1 of them asked me over so I can pay. Then 2 walked off and the other went round the back and then someone else came out. Eventually got served after a few min wait. If you feel im lying. Check your camera,It was on the 27th December at 11.30.

I went to JD with my son and the staff there were very unfriendly. My son want a Jordan 4 and he had questions about it but no one could help us. So we decided to go to Sport Direct. The nice staff member in sport direct gave us very good advice and we bought 2 pairs of shoes and some more that we didn't want. So if you want good advisers and a nice salesperson then go to Sport Direct..???

I have always had a good experience at Sports Direct Lombardy Retail Park, but this time it was beyond anything. To be told by a staff member at the door ?I don?t care? with such negative attitude. What kind of customer service are you giving that you have the audacity to say that to a customer who is just here to exchange shoes. As I said I have always had a great experience but this was just disrespectful. I went in to just exchange my shoes to a different size, and also wanted to get some safety shoes and I was told by a member of staff that someone would come to help me to get the size I needed. I waited patiently but no one came. I left the safety shoes and went down to exchange the other shoes at the til. As I was leaving the alarm went off so they did the appropriate checks which I am fine with, but at that point I explained that I was waiting as I had been told someone would come to help me, I got told it is busy - again understandable - but then for the member of staff to shrug her shoulders and say ?I don?t care?. I was not rude, nor expecting anything else not even an apology but I was simply trying to understand why I was told to wait when no one was available to come. Obviously if what I wanted was on the shelf I would have taken myself and bought, but the size I needed was not there. When she spoke this way I asked for the manager and she stated she is the manager. At that point I just left because clearly if she is the manager and has a ?don?t care? attitude there is no point saying anything further there. I have worked in customer service for a long time and would never have thought to treat customers like this, regardless of how busy or stressed I am.

This is THE worst place to buy from. Easy to see how everyone rates with 1 star! The manager is useless. Items are never priced up right and when questioned he uses 'we have 24hrs to rectify once we are aware'!! So over charges!!! Perhaps get the pricing right in the first place. Zero customer satisfaction and if I wasn't desperate for the items I wanted and this was the only place that had them I would have told him to shove £150 worth of items!!! I will avoid at any cost in future and I suggest you do the same!!

Worst management as I misplaced the recipe in there store they refuse to give me an exchange I presented my bank statement which? later told by another sports direct brunch they could of easily located the recipe on there system

This place is really awful in terms of customer service. Whole staff is just sitting and talking to eachother and ignoring the customer. As a customer we are trying to approach them but even that they are just ignoring.

Terrible customer service, with endless queues at the cashier. Returning or exchanging items is extremely complicated and unpleasant. I would not recommend buying from this store.
