It was my first appointment with specsavers in Hayes. The staff was very friendly and kept me very comfortable. The optometrist, Jasveen was very concerned about my eye health and very patiently explained everything. I'm very happy. She is excellent. ??????

Wow so accommodating! Jas helped me with my frame choice and Pooja handed and fitted off my glasses for me even though I booked in 1 month early. I have been with this Specsavers in Hayes Town Since I was a little 16 year old minion. All of the opticians here are kind, generous, courteous and really just a bunch of legends. Every. Single. One of em.

I stopped by quickly to get my glasses fixed and was helped by a wonderful staff member named Zain. He repaired them right away, was extremely kind, and made the whole experience a pleasure. I truly appreciated the excellent service!!!

Today I went to Specsavers for eye test and was greeted with kindness from all the staff and my needs were met.The Optician,Pravin was also very helpful , very friendly and approachable advised me every well.I left with satisfaction and the receptionist Jas Kour was very kind , helpful and navigated me to make the right decisions .The staff here are very helpful and I would recommend.
