Went in for a check up for my twin daughter and myself .. had a wonderful experience there .. team members Afia and Priya were great in assisting us .. glasses were made to perfection and were even ready before time ..

I was initially impressed by the location, new facilities and selection of glasses. On collection I was only asked if the glasses fitted (as someone who has never worn glasses, and mentioned it, I needed to be proactively offered assistance). Then the glasses seem to be wrong prescription will need to return to double check as getting headaches after using the glasses for a short period of under 25mins

attention for store managerHiI visit today around 4.30 pm for collect my glasses i am stay i queue the lady was in counter they ignore me they deal with other costumer which was behind me. other female mamber of staff came and deal with me.its quality of service

Staff , when they finally noticed me , just asked me to sit down and then left me. Too many other things more interesting to do it would seem. If you ignore a potential customer eventually they'll walk off.

Please use spacsaver only for eye test whis is also bad quality.Unnaccearly they rise eye number making money for new glass.Glass basic is rubish you always need add more money make good glass.Please order online much cheap and better frame.
