This agency and these carers are absolutely horrendous, the general shocking situations that have occurred because of the idiots that they have as carers is astonishing. The carers they have hired are forced to work for this agency and thus are incredibly unmotivated to actually work and give a bad name to the decent carers...

This place is horrible and all the indian and punjabi staff is rude. All staff got paid sponsorship visa to live in uk hence why they force to work here from agency and don’t wanna work and everyone unprofessional people hereShould be close this care agency asap
