The worst Screwfix, period. Staff don't know how to deal with the frequent busy periods- serving click and collects after walk in customers. Absolutely useless trade section that is never manned even during trade hours.
Wasted countless hours here over the years and had enough. Please learn from your Chessington and Merton branches.

Very poor customer service. Igra refused to serve me after waiting in a queue. She is not trained properly and she treated me with rude attitude. I been served in the end of another staff member.

I came in with a tricky issue?an equipment screw was stuck, and I couldn't get it loose on my own. Justin, Chris, and Manpreet went above and beyond to help me out. Despite the odd request, they were patient, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the problem I had been struggling with for a while.
Their expertise and willingness to assist made all the difference. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional customer service and dedication to solving problems, no matter how small or unusual!
