Clueless staff! Messed up order every time! Missing items or incorrect items! Do the staff even know what they're selling or what or where half of the stuff even is? The worst customer service!

I have placed an uber eats order with Sainsbury?s lots of times. On a few occasions they?ve kept extended the timings for the estimated arrival of the order, and at one point even cancelled it and sent the driver away without telling me! This is BAD service, no communication or reasons given whatsoever. Good luck if you ever need anything in emergencies

Very disappointed had an issue there when my daughter was with her father and he went to buy a scratch card. The lady said she couldn't serve him. He thought it was a joke but it wasn't she thought the catch was for my 10 year old. The so called manager called security to escort them out. I was in shop next door my daughter came in crying and shaking I took her bk into shop to ask the manager why she felt it ok to act like this. She was rude walked off told me she would call security. I told her go ahead call police as well I'm not leaving till I find out what happened. Security came they where lovely told me she not even a manager. He called manager he came and apologised and said he would speak to staff. This is not on and no child should be made to feel this way. My daughter is to scared to go there anymore
