The charge to check in an hour early, 10 pounds, is ridiculous! I needed to get to work so I was forced to pay it.Beefeaters was good, room was okay, all in all it wasn't bad. But that charge really gave me pause. I checked out at 5am! Plenty of hours to cover my 2pm check in!

Worst hotel I have ever been. There was nothing in the room that wasn't either broken or stained. The paint literally fell from the ceiling.Usable W-Lan is 5 GBP per day. The free one is so slow it takes 2 minutes to load one website.

It's a good quality Premier Inn, 1 minute walk to a large Asda and a 5-6 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. We had a 6:30am flight from Terminal 5 and got there with plenty of time to spare using the first Elisabeth Line train of the morning at Hayes. The windows don't open so the room got quite warm (IMO) despite being early March and some airflow coming internally. Room was clean and well maintained.Parking is relatively expensive, we paid £6 for about 6 hours of parking. We've used it before and definitely will use it again if catching an early morning flight.Note: If the car park is full, or you plan on staying longer, you can use the "Just park" app at the Asda next door, for cheap weekend parking.

Does what it says on the tin. Beside the Elizabeth line station for Heathrow and London. Comfortable beds, quiet, good meal deals, pleasant, friendly staff. Never had a problem in my numerous times there.

Stayed here a few times over the past few years. Always a clean and comfy room. Perfectly placed with an Asda and Railway Station within walking distance.

The reception area was unstaffed when we arrived. When staff did eventually appear they did not speak other than to request our name. The level of customer service is below the provide 1-5 scale. Staff was also nonexistent during breakfast and this was reflected in the unkept status of the dining areas.Rooms: Our room was very basic constant with the overall facility.Food & drinks: The breakfast service was a circus. Staff was nonexistent for most of the time and when they did appear they were very rude and condescending.Noteworthy details: This hotel is over ranked online. In addition the ?3 star? description is a fantasy at best.

Poor experience during this stay. Had to walk up and down the stairs 3 times before getting into my room due to a faulty door to my floor and the card reader falling off the wall in the first room I was assigned. I was given a new room quite quickly so no real bother here, I was trying to get my step count up for the day anyway. The issue that bothered me the most and pit me off staying here again was when I noticed 2 dead flies and some other foreign substance floating in the vinegar. I noticed this after I had used it and eaten my food. I had paid for a meal deal and didn't trust eating anything else. I stay at premier inns all over the UK for work, but I won't be staying here again.

?? Hello guysDid you come here to see the review?Hear from me, I have come to experience ?5 days in this hotel, I will give you an honest review.? First of all, when you enter the hotel, you have to check in at the reception, but if you find a staff member named ?Endrio? there, then you have to be careful because that person has no such thing as patience, nor does he have this intelligence. How to talk to customers? Then you book the room, but be prepared, you will have to clean this room yourself, because no one will come to clean it even after begging you repeatedly, you will have to throw yourself out without your room, because there is no one inside the hotel. Not even a bin.?Most importantly, hoteliers say that they change the bed sheet of the room only ?after 6 days, no matter how dirty it is.?I begged a lot that I have a 3 month old baby with me please change the bed sheet but the hotel staff said that we can't?The house keeping staff came to my room and told us to collect the bins and hand them over, I don't understand whether it is our job or the house keeping, being children, we had to collect the bins and hand them over.?The bathroom exhaust fan of my room was also not working, I told many times but that too was not fixed?I will sleep on the road but will never stay in this hotel, if any hotel owner is still ashamed, he will definitely contact me.I request you all not to book this hotel?

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Trudy was working at the front desk and she helped us with any issues we had regarding accessibility and helped us massively with the parking. I stayed for work and had an excellent stay. I wouldn?t usually write a review for work stays but I was made to feel particularly welcome by the receptionist, Lara, who was very friendly and really made ny stay memorable. She is an absolute asset to Premier Inn!
