This isn't my local post office but I went for a walk in the sunshine and bought a few bits in Kingshill Avenue. I needed some stamps so went in the post office. Very friendly man behind the counter. Had a nice chat. Will use again.

If I could give a 0 I would.I picked up my parcel eventually, the staff asked me to look myself in the blue box, treated me as if I was the shop slave. Yelled at me until I advised that they do their job and look themselves. How disgusting and rude. Clear issues with mysogyny and issues with women. I really pity this small minded individual and people with that attitude should not be working or serving the public. It's clear that there's a terrible temper which cannot be concealed- wouldn't want that getting out of hand when they serve female customers.

Tried to collect a high value Parcel that was ordered from Amazon and delivered by DPD the person that was working doesn?t seem to know how to treat customers , for some odd reason the package itself wasn?t delivered apparently. Looks like the shopkeeper himself stole it

Awful customer service.The staff are grumpy and rude.They make it seem like they are doing you a favour when collecting or returning parcels.

I went to the exchange US dollars to pounds, I asked the guy to give me receipt after he handed over the pounds to me, but he said he couldn?t, I don?t really understand how it couldn?t provide me a receipt of that transaction as I wanted to know the exchange rate, since I was in a rush I couldn?t do much, thinking back now I should have demanded for the receipt as u get one for everything u purchase, I feel the guy has given me lesser money as when I checked online I should have got more money, please don?t trust the guy workingshere

My first time in the shop using post office services and the gentleman at the till was very polite, well spoken.If the store is open the post office it?s open. Very useful!

The staff here are extremely miserable, grumpy and rude. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. I?ve been many times to post parcels, pay in money etc. they always act like they are doing the customer a favour and often scowl and act rudely. God forbid you do something that they don?t expect (like unfolding notes, or cross out an old barcode). Horrible experience. It doesn?t cost anything to be courteous and kind - if you don?t like your job then move on!

I'm quite disappointed. This is because I went inside the store to return my Amazon parcel because Amazon recommended that this store accepts Amazon returns, but the shop assistant behind the counter refused to take the parcel. He rudely stated that this is not the right barcode, despite the fact that it was provided by Amazon. He was quite rude to me and didn't explain why the barcode wasn't valid. If you ever need to return an Amazon package, do not go to this store.
