Pizza Hut restaurant is not good anymore, I was there customer since so many years but now it?s totally change it?s not worthy.
I get two small potions chips it was very small portion fir fries when I ask them they said it?s standard portion of chips McDonalds £1:20 chips is much better than that.
ice cream was like ice no taste it was crunchy water was frozen with that, in salad no pasta in drinks No Pepsi or Coke was available. I ask about sauce they have just tomato ketchen no garlic sauce or any spicy sauce, I just wasted £68 there
I realised restaurant is not busy on weekends even, Now my family decided no to visit pizza hut restaurant in future it?s waste of money and Time

Food quality was good. There is no customer service. They didn?t greet properly and even manger the way she speak very rude.

We placed an order for two pizzas, and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to be delivered. The pizzas were horrible?cold and hard. We could barely eat them. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and swiftly seated. The waitress explained the options and how to order and everything was really pleasant and smooth. The food was great and the salad was fresh! Credit where credit is due, a really great example of Pizza Hut and how hospitality should be. I?ll certainly return if I?m in the area again. Great experience.

Can somebody please put this place out of its misery and close it down so a Nando?s can take over.
When I visited the place was empty but I could see why. You only get 2 hours parking which you can?t increase even if you are willing to pay. You have to use the app to order.
I ordered tap water from the waitress who was rushed off her poor feet serving no one. She informed me that she had placed the jug of water and glasses by the drinks machine and I would have to go fetch it myself. Why she couldn?t have just brought it to the table I will never know. Really poor service.
Also I have never seen more of a sad salad bar in my life.

Bad service, no help with allergies just threw a book at us, no help with ordering , online ordering is a pain in the neck. I can imagine older people being unable to order. Staff needs training.

Disgusting PARKING FINE TRAP. Stayed for 30min and got a £60 fine for not registering your plate. No one will remind you this! I've contacted Pizzahut and made an appeal. The management also won't help you if you mistakenly parked here and went to the next door McDonald. They have a very confusing parking space layout which leads you to think they share the same parking space.
Avoid this McDonald's and Pizza Hut at all costs! I will never visit again! Utterly disgusting business. The disgusting parking fine company managing this is Met Parking Services Ltd.
As a response to the owner: I?d consider a second chance for you if you are able to refund me the £60 discount rate parking fine I paid. But no, you won?t help me!

Opted for the new pepperoni melt with high hopes. It was okay, although very salty so not sure I would order again. Besides that the food was good, good temperature and fast delivery.

Rather busy with minimal staff.
The salad bar is not nice at all. So many items not available or appetising. The pizza was ok but I have had better in other Pizza huts.

It is located in a large supermarket. There are rest stops, clothing shops and coffee shops nearby, and it is a nearby restaurant, so if you come here, you usually drive here. The store provides parking spaces, and you need to enter it when you come in to eat. your license plate number, and you have two hours of free parking.
Like other branches, it offers different types of pizza and pasta. They have a pizza buffet. If you come on weekdays, it only costs about 11 pounds. You can eat pizza, pasta and salad all the time. If you don?t eat a lot, it only costs about 11 pounds. You can order a la carte, but the price will be about the same.
My friend said that if you want to eat a special kind of pizza, you need to order a la carte, because the buffet only provides about two to three types of pizza, and there are not many kinds of pasta. But if you only look at the price, you really can?t find that in the UK. Cheap buffet.
The restaurant environment is very comfortable, and you can sit in a very spacious place. Although you can find more delicious pizza restaurants in the UK, if you only discuss the price, he is really the first choice.
The store has its own restroom, so if you are hungry after a long drive through the airport, you can come here to eat.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meals available
Parking: You can use free parking for two hours when you come in to dine. Remember to register at the door.
Kid-friendliness: The children I saw at the scene liked it very much because there was pizza and spaghetti.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is very convenient for wheelchairs and can be accessed using ramps

Walked in and I was served by Amere I hope I am spelling his name right.( manager of the store). He was very helpful and pleasant.He went above and beyond to help with our order. Best experience ever. Definitely coming back.

Turned up and hour before closing and they refused service. What is the point of having a posted closing time and turning customers away an hour early.
