The only pharmacy that does not to emergency medication. Every other pharmacists have have this service. Been with the pharmacy for over 15 years and still can't authorised it. Complete joke.

Avoid at all costs - I tried to query extortionate dispensary prices and was told "Listen, young lady" and that I'm causing a headache. Please go to Hayes Town Pharmacy instead. I usually like supporting local businesses, but it was very difficult to deal with the pharmacist here.

They are thr rudest and worst Pharmacy in hayes. Avoid at all costs. And don't bother to ring them, they pick up and put you on hold and never come back. Disgusting lot in there.

My mother of 86 years had no medicine for 2 days because of uselessness of Pick up pharmacy. Finaly a lady who is working more than 3 years ( ali shah ) helped me today to get my mom medicine.On 14-08-2023 I was told that the supplier can not provide this medicine and pharmacy doesn?t have in the stock, but today miss Ali shah showed me the date that this medicine was all in the pharmacy from 08-08-2023. Anyway the matter is not finished i am really going to complain further. The owner of this pharmacy need to fine good staff or close the pharmacy because this uselessness of the staff could cause alot of problem for the people who need medication.

Google search shows Fexofenadine sold at this pharmacy. Went yesterday evening and the pharmacist outright said no they don?t have it. Useless pharmacy if they don?t sell anything why not just shut the place down. Even one star is too much for that pharmacy

I had the worst experience today with a foreign pharmacist that works there, I called the pharmacy this morning asking for my repeat prescription to be ready for me to collect on my way home from work. The lady said that she only had one of my medication and that the doctors had not sent through the rest of the prescription. I then phoned the doctors surgery and asked why as I requested all three nine days ago via my app which showed it was authorised by the doctor. The surgery then called the pharmacy to say that the prescription was sent over a week ago. The pharmacist then said to the surgery that I had collected the medication which was totally inaccurate. I then went to the pharmacy to collect my medication and asked the pharmacist as to why she had given untrue statements. She clearly had lied to me and to the surgery. She had told the surgery I had collected and to me she had stated that surgery had not sent the prescription.After a heated discussion I was served by another pharmacist who had located my medication that was prepared from a week ago. All I can say some of the staff in this particular pharmacy are incompetent. I now am in the process of switching to another pharmacy.
