Don?t waste your money. Go with dominos. I ordered from this branch only for them to deliver what looks like a dogs dinner and tell me ?tough luck?. They don?t give a toss about their customers or quality.

Well, I love pizza's and two days ago, I visited randomly there with my fiance, and I saw there was a couple who is not able to talk properly in exact English so, he was just trying to say that he want a vegitarian piza and wanted to add pineapples instead olives so, he was ordering directly without menu because it's very common thing for the staff to resolve his problem, so he was trying to ask them which things you put in the vegitarian piza so he can remove a thing from the piza, a short hight overacting lady came with her so cold attitude and put her finger with the anger on the menu and said look her, she was Indian but, reacted like she borj here, she should look at her first that she is just a worker there. So, We leave the place and didn't took anything from there. I only want to say if they dont know how to talk with customer then leave the job..

The worst service ever had in London. The person Fernandez was so rude and refused to take the order and said he was very busy to take the order. It happened because he refused to accept cash and when I gave him the card after ordering, the payment went through my bank and he said that we cannot accept this payment as it requires signature. He even used foul words to me and my son infront of my family. Fernandez was so rude and arrogant. And also I haven?t received my refund yet, to which Fernandez said that you will receive the refund immediately.

I ordered from here twice in one week while staying at a hotel near Heathrow Airport, and I loved it! The pizzas are absolutely delicious?so much so that everyone in the hotel lobby looked on with envy, clearly wanting a slice. I highly recommend ordering directly through their website for a smooth experience; the pizzas arrive via a food courier who always calls to let you know they?re outside. The lady who handles the calls is fantastic?very helpful and honest about delivery times, keeping you well-informed about your order status. Excellent service and amazing pizza!

This place is a bit smaller, you can?t dine in there, parking is limited, but service and staff are great and pizzas are delicious.

Extremely rude behaviour , didn?t expect from papa John?s staff .
Thy didn?t pick the phone , called 7 times . Whn i went to the shop and said why u not picking up the phone , thy said card machine is not working so we are not taking anymore orders . It was shocking , thy could pick up the customer call and explain them the same.
Thy didn?t gave suggestions that I can order online , one more lady was waiting too for same reason . Whn I said can I order online , he said u can try but he?s not sure weather it will come to store or not . Such a shameful customer service . The other guy on shift was still helpful but this guy in photo should not be in customer service or guest relation position .
