Not sure why its called Bath and body works but I have been coming here for years and they can't even put a lock on the men's toilet cubicle in Next retail store, near the mens section. Today, I find that there are no toilets to use at all due to a pump fault. It's been 2 weeks. I use Costa to WFH also and I am here for a while but that's beside the point. No respect for mens privacy or generally to have a toilet available at thebusiest time of year. Shocking.
