????????????I have tried various including barking and ilford places but finally i got one of the best hair dresser in hayes and that is Neenas Beauty WorldI had to book appointment today and inspite of their busy schedule they accomodated me and that was my life?s best decision everI went completely from drastic looking hairs to marvellous dye and silky and shiny as they have been never before.She also did my haircut which is cherry on top ??I highly recommend Neenas Beauty World as I had great experience but also most importantly the reason why everyone should give a try is they have MOST REASONABLE PRICES for every service they provideI would like to mention Parveen aunty who did my hair duo and completely changed my look thanku and also staff is so caring and helpful and skillful as wellCant wait to come again for some extraordinary service againLots of loveKIRAN??

I was desperate for a hair cut. Asked for long layers got a disaster hair cut. Said thank you and walked out. Not even worth arguing over. Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE, I?m not sure what on earth she did.

I visited them on Friday for eyebrows forehead waxing and I can?t believe that how unprofessionally one of their staff member peel my forehead skin with wax. When I noticed she peeled my skin , I came back to tell Neena ?look at my face , I m going to party tonight.What should I need to do? and she just said ?who was the girl ,which kind of her hair, what is she look like?? . She was just denying to convince that when I told her let her staff to come here I will remember her , she told ?she is treating an emergency customer?. After that Neena disrespected me by giving me £4 back even I didn?t ask her to return money back. That was really very disgusting thing. I told her I can give you extra £20 if you can make my skin back to normal. First, you ruined someone?s day by peeling her skin and then giving her money back to shut heir mouth, do you believe that money can solve that problem. I m glad that it was just an eyebrow?s forehead waxing, I really don?t know what will happen to my face if it would full face wax. I know that too , nobody?s gonna believe that because they have good ratings but this was really happened with me.

I had a full body wax today by Roop.In the past I?ve had plenty of bad waxes which caused me to be afraid of them for a long time but after having how great this place was I thought I?d give it a go? hats off to Roop, despite of me having nervous and worried she made me feel comfortable and reassured me the entire time. I can definitely say I will be coming back and will rave about this place to others! I cannot recommend Roop enough to get a wax from, she?s an absolute star.

Fantastic Service time and time again from friendly staff who put their hearts into all they do. They always make time for their customers and give them a personalised service. I no longer go anywhere else, I would not trust anyone else. They transformed my hair it is now so soft and silky.
