This is a very busy branch and queues can get very very long. However, customer service staff are very patient and courteous to you which is a rare thing these days.

I went in to do an international transfer on early Saturday morning, whilst I was in the branch there were a few elderly customers who were all individually attended to by staff members even going as far as making sure their money was safely out of sight, opening doors them and generally making the experience for them a pleasure

What's the point of opening for 3 hours.Nationwide please accept times are changing people works 7 days a week.I would suggest changing opening times on Saturday till at least 4pm you have a new comers like Metro bank operating 7 days a week.

I have been a customer with Nationwide for many years. And, I have ensured that my credit card has always been paid in full every month. However, the treatment and lack of loyalty that I have received from the Customer Contact team has been diabolical. So, I will evaluate my current circumstances and if deemed appropriate I will not hesitate to close all 4 of my accounts with Nationwide.Very disappointed!!

I was impressed before but this morning I called up and spoke to a lady who seemed to not want me to come in and just do it online. I was then asking her something and she said "Thank You Take" Care and hung up. Am now having doubts about whether to open the Account

Im giving 5 stars for that lady who took my 7 £ and put them in my bank account even if she didn't had to do it she is a star ! Tell her i love her yeah ! She is your best employee!
