The biggest mistake was going there to open a business account in the first place. You?ll be bombarded with endless, pointless questions and left waiting for hours just to be seen. There?s no appointment system, so they expect you to be available all day just to sit around and hope someone eventually sees you.

I went in there to open a current account after having technical problems doing it online.
90 minutes+ to open a current account ! Unbelievable ! Being made to wait 30 mins and then being passed from one staff member to another. First i was told it would take 40 mins, then 1 hr. As if ive got nothing better to do on a saturday then wait in a bank. Then being patronised and condascend to as they didnt think i couldnt figure out internet banking. In the end i lost my temper and left.
Dont trust this branch if you value your time

Worst customer service from staff and manager. They revoked my cheque just because the change of address and spelling error of a instead of e.i showed them all documents of 20 years and also showed them my last 4 cheques deposited with same address and name spelling but still stubborn manager refused to deposit cheque .finally I went to other branch of metro and God bless on that staff they not only deposited it but also offer further help.

I visited the branch to open a bank account for my daughter. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a staff member named Hina. She informed me that the branch would be closing in 55 minutes and therefore it would not be possible to proceed with the account opening as my daughter was not present at that time. I explained that my daughter was on her way and would arrive shortly, and I requested that we begin the application process in the meantime. However, Hina declined and insisted that she could not proceed without my daughter being physically present.
A few minutes later, my daughter and my other children arrived at the branch, but Hina reiterated that she had already informed me it would not be possible to process the account opening and refused to proceed further.
I found this experience to be quite disappointing and not reflective of the level of service one would expect from a reputable bank. There was sufficient time remaining before closing to at least begin the process, and I believe a more accommodating and customer-oriented approach could have been taken.
