Paid a visit there going through work. I have/HAD an account there. Basically they were rude, domineering and totally UN professional. I actually left feeling I was dealt with by a bunch of Asian gangsters in cheap suits. Felt absolutely disgusted. Emptied and closed the acccount I had. Went to another more welcoming, friendlier and well known establishment. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

They have a it issue for last month. They was meant to close my account now I'm in minus because of there fees which they was ment to wave because of there IT issue. Been chasing them for a month. Business manager says nothing I can do , when I call them they say go speak to your business manager in branch. Completely useless

Today I had a very bad experience in metro bank Southall. First impression the bank is 98% from the same part of the world and the only give attention to they own people. I am a black African and went to that branch to ask for a bank statement , I have to spend 1 hour for a bank statements when other people are coming for a more complicated mater been served. For me I can only say it because of couler of skin and is not fair.Thank you

Every time you coming to this branch staff is always lost somewhere, bank is full of people pretending that they working or doing something! By doing something i mean they always chat to each other, some of them don't know anything at all what they doing there. If you have some few hours of spare time yes go to this branch and you be happy there, but if you need things to be done professionally just use another branch....

I was very upset I drove 30 mins it says it shuts at 6pm on google but when got there @ 17:30 I was refused entry. As they said they shut at 6pm. Change ur timings!!!!

Today I ended up going to Metro Bank Southall/Hayes I went in with 3000 pounds cash and know I would get asked were has this money come from which I have no issues to declare and ready for all the usual questions.So I asked the bank which I had taken the funds from to give me a statement form were I had taken the funds out of with bank account details on the statement as I am not able to transfer to other account as this is old is account.So I end up at the cashier till and found the debit card of a customer that was thire just before me and returned it to the cashier but did I get a thank you ? no.First question what would you like to pay this money in please were has it come from this account that I have the statement for and here is the transaction on my APP has I can not do online transaction on this account.Why do you need to deposit the money what will you do with it 101 questions then I ask if you don't want to deposit funds would you like to get a Manager which he come look at the Situation and told the cashier to deposit the funds his name as Anil.I have noticed that the branch has toxic cashier and they don't like doing what they do as I totally understand may be it the area or the customer in the are as I use Ealing Boradway Branch and also Uxbridge Branch and the cashier are so happy ? the management need to go and see why are thses Branch happier and happier place to visit as today I trought let drive to Southall.If cutomer service is interested is this review I was at the drive through at 11:10 this morning on the 5th October 2023 and they should listen to voice conversation and video.Its relly disappointing when it's the customers that are paying the wages to keep these branches open and you get treated like this.As if the bank is doing you a favour just tell customer you don't need the business and we can go elase were.KRSort code 23 05 80ACCOUNT 32X XXXXX

I have been metro bank account with for last 4 years. I get best service all the time ..especially last time my visit was very satisfying. Jagroop the young man gave the best service beyond the mark.

Third class service plus they eat ur money like they never exist .. gave him money to deposit counted thrice ? he is said it?s less 100£ is not less to count ? very disappointing? we should not trust this. This is happened 2nd time with me

Friendly staff and a lot of attention to customer than any other bank I would say. They have locker facility too and they are open 7 days a week is a plus. Definitely worth a try if it?s near by.

I been using metro bank for over 5 years now every time I visit the branch , I get treated really well and as always staff is ready to help customers service is 10/10 they never let me down recently when I visited the bankMr Jagroop was the one that assisted me and honestly he was really professional and really calm in fact the closing time for this branch is 6pm however he done me a huge favour and he was more than happy to assist me with online banking and he stayed there for an extra half an hour which I?m pretty sure no other bank would do it for you.A huge thank you to the whole team especially MR Jagroop keep it up with the great customer service and support
