I attended the bank today and although was told there was a wait, I was seen very quickly by the manager who heard my reason for attending and sorted my problem in a few minutes. Thank you so much for assisting. I’ve never had any issues with Metro Bank. They are extremely pleasant and professional.

i don’t recommend metro bank specially southall branch staff is really rude they thing they own the bank so i don’t recommend this bank to open the bank account.
