Is the second time I am ordering from this brunch as I was around, and for the second time, I tried to contact them as they sent my coffee without sugar but obviously they didn't bother to pick up the phone.

Customer service is very very poor, they don?t know how to talk to the customer?s. The staff is very rude. They give us wrong order and when we asked to change the order they ask us for extra money.

Member of staff rude she brought our order to our table we said thank you but she just walked away from the table there was items missing from our order I had to go to the counter to ask for missing triple cheese burger ans ketchup I'm disabled ordering to be delivered to my table for a reason disappointing staff

Their service was unprofessional.. they completely messed my order up and gave me someone else?s order and when I said it wasn?t mine and told them my rightful order and that it should?nt of come to £18. They took my money and wouldn?t refund it. In the end I went in the restaurant and kicked off and they gave me my rightful order. They were clearly trying to mug me off. It backfired on them majorly and I made them look stupid. They clearly choose to cross the wrong one as I?m not one to mess with.

Placed an order on the Mc Donald?s app but never received this the driver sent some random picture stating he delivered but that wasn?t my address he didn?t even bother calling on arrival if he was having issues locating the property I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone I actually called 21 times and no one answered the call this is so shameful such a big cooperation with negligent incompetent people that can?t even answer the phone. Would not be ordering through the Mc Donald?s App ever again.

Fast service, food very good when busy but when not busy I have had dry food several times because it takes too long to wait for a customer

The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, the service however was terrible, staff didn't have a clue and as they were tending to myself, they took time out to chastise another colleague about something else, not what I expected or wanted as a CUSTOMER to see or hear.

my and my family experience was worst very worst in grapes mcdonald the guy was very very rude to all my family we bought mcspicy meal and mcplant meal there were no dine in so we take away our meal but the guy name patel i don?t know his full name i told him to show but he failed to show name plate he was like shouting on us very very bad experience we had in lombardy retail park mcd pls work with that employees am never gonna go back again that mcdonald am dropping down his writing which he gave to us when i ask his name he said his name plate is broken
