Is the second time I am ordering from this brunch as I was around, and for the second time, I tried to contact them as they sent my coffee without sugar but obviously they didn't bother to pick up the phone.

Customer service is very very poor, they don’t know how to talk to the customer’s. The staff is very rude. They give us wrong order and when we asked to change the order they ask us for extra money.
