Brilliant Macdonalds in the heart of Hayes Town. Swift service. Hot food. Good deals. And friendly Macdonalds atmosphere. Only downside is customers could help putting their finished trays away once frequenting this establishment given the high turnover of patrons. This would not only help the staff working hard there but also provide a better atmosphere for customers who are just entering!

dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your McDonald's locations. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was far below the standards I?ve come to expect from your establishment.
I arrived to pick up a delivery order and found myself waiting for over 20 minutes. Despite the food being prepared and sitting on the counter, the staff repeatedly refused to hand it to me. Instead, they continued with other tasks that could have easily been managed by other team members.
This lack of urgency and consideration is concerning. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and efficiency, just like everyone else. The principle of "first in, first out" should apply equally to all customers, whether they are dining in or picking up an order for delivery.
I have reached out to your rider support team to report this issue, but so far, there has been no action taken. I sincerely hope that you will address this matter promptly to ensure that future customers do not face similar experiences.

Today I ordered 2 big mc but I didn?t get it. By mistake my delivery address was work place (Costco, hayes) and I went to pick up there. I waited for 5 minutes and I was checking his tracking as well. I saw he was going to international market, hayes. Immediately I went there to pick up, but he send me picture of that place with delivered notice. We didn?t get our delivery. We asked everyone there. He didn?t answer the phone. After 10/15 minutes, he picked up the phone and said he waited for so long and left from there. He was laying, because, We were checking his track.

forgot half my order and make me walk back and made me wait 30mins for 2 cheese burgers, staff are not motivated and this will lead to less productivity as a result the business total cost will increase leading to an overall drop in market share. bajwa would be proud

It was so bad , the service was bad and the manger was extremely rude. Because I was black they treated me badly and im disgusted and disappointed.

Item's missing from order,
Fries not cooked, burger raw. Not only have I paid excess for delivery but these people quite possibly have given me food poisoning.... Time will tell. Avoid at all costs

Im so disappointed im a macdonals worker too i pack deliveries making sure there are tissues, straws, spoons for the person who ordered takeaway. I ordered takeaway yesterday absolutely disgusting! the drinks should be double lidded to cause no spills!!! no straws was there my ice latte was spilled in bag, it was leaking!! no ketchup, no tissues nothing the meal was absolutely cold and im so sick today because im sure they don't use the rule proper hygiene! my stomach literally hurts so bad since eating from here. Never ordering from here.

I had to give one star otherwise they don?t even deserve that, We yesterday ordered but the burgers were mess stuff was falling out like it was just thrown together. The drinks were leaking everywhere, and they didn?t even bother to give straws or napkins. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever. Definitely not ordering from this McDonald?s again. Avoid this place if you can. The staff here doesn?t care about your food!!!
