Can?t read and follow cooking instructions. Left the gas tap on. Block toilets with adult nappies. Don?t stay their times. Turn up unannounced. Don?t communicate. Served raw chicken to my elderly mother. Too many complaints - requested another care agency.

This company has put my family through hell. The manager, Hussein, was so rude and ignorant he can barely speak English and when I complained. He ignored me and did nothing to help. You have to keep an eye on them while they're in your house. The place is full of crooks and criminals.

Pathetic and rude care agencyI was looked after by this terrible care agency and my experience has been awful. The carers are not qualified to carry out this responsible job and does not know to speak English. Me and my family had very bad and careless experience with the carer and agency, both carers and care agency?s manager are rude and irresponsible.Please do your due diligence first before having to use this agency.

They quite simply care. From Their communication with you and keeping us updated with the care required for my Mother in law and changes makes for a caring and easier life for mum and us and I hope the company. I am so grateful for the comfort and excellent care the have given mum. Thank you so much.
