EXTREMELY poor customer service, first time visiting this branch. I walked in only 1 member of staff and at least 30 customers waiting. After 10 or 15mins a staff member walked past us all glued to her mobile, ignored everyone stood by the desk back turned to us still on glued to the phone screen. Eventually a third staff member appeared totally uninterested and annoyed called the customer infront of me with no apology, just a blank unhappy appearance.
It was then my turn after waiting for at least 20mins, I asked for a print out of 3 months bank statement to be told they do not do that anymore. Before I even made my way into the branch I check online which said it WAS possible to get a print out. However hat's not why I am writing this review I am writing this review because this was by FAR the WORSE branch I have ever been to in terms of customer service. I URGE management to retrain these people. There were 4 members of staff with really bad energy and professionalism. If it helps my visit was on Tuesday Sept 2nd @ roughly 2 or 3pm.

Absolutely the worst branch in west London. The manager she?s very rude yelling for no reason. She doesn?t know how talk to customers.other stuff okey but the manager she?s very very rude.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience at Lloyd?s Bank. Only two staff members trying to handle a long queue of frustrated customers. The wait times are ridiculous, and there?s clearly no urgency or effort to improve the situation. It?s unacceptable for a major bank to operate like this?completely unprofessional and inefficient. I wouldn?t suggest anyone go to this branch. Even the Southall branch is much better in comparison.

A long queue from the service desk right to the entrance door which moved incredibly slowly with only one cashier serving. Several other staff members were seen during my wait but when a second cashier did finally open a service position, I overheard her tell another customer "we've all got to have our lunch, it's lunchtime". Wouldn't it be prudent to stagger lunch breaks so that those attempting to complete banking during their lunch break are not left spending their entire break standing in a queue in Lloyds?

I have visited the branch yesterday with my mom to deposit some cash in the branch. One rude lady came to us working with the branch cal her self assistance asking us from Whr did I bought the money from. What right does she have to ask us this question??? Is it wrong depositing our own hard earn money in the branch???

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from your bank. The staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. She clearly does not know how to communicate effectively with customers, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive help with my queries, but this encounter was unacceptable. I suggest providing proper training to your staff to ensure they handle customer interactions appropriately.

Very long queue only one counter open .after waiting so long in queue and wanted to withdraw some cash with fifty?s notes couldn?t as I been told there are no fifty notes.

I was there to open an account.The ma'am at the customer service counter assists me very politely just like her kid. I just felt so good. Thanks to her good hospitality which makes my day.
