Terrible, terrible customer experience. Yesterday, I came in with an emergency, wanting to transfer money to my daughter's account. There was a gentleman with glasses, who told me he was not willing to lose his job to third-party money laundering. My daughter is in another country and it was an emergency, I understand that this may have been due to policies I was not aware of. However, I feel that it could've been explained in a nicer, less condescending tone and without implying I am partaking in fraud. As a teaching assistant, I assure you I have no intention of engaging in fraudulent activities. I recommend exploring alternative branches for a kinder customer experience.

Bank domt accept to deposit euros in my lloyds account because they don't have the form.....what a joke of service is that???? Ridiculous

Small branch, a cash machine available but no personal banking machines and queues. Avoid if possible.

My mother and father went there today just so to activate my mother?s account as she hasn?t used it a long time. I don?t know their names but there was a white lady and an Asian lady there being so unhelpful and rude. They refused to accept the proof of address which my father went back home and got TWICE. It was only to activate the account. They were so useless and literally did anything to avoid doing their job and did not help my parents at all. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

worst custmer service experienced with this lady named asha.so rude and trying to run away from her duty, seriously very disappointed from her service. we joined from 10 years with this bank never had any issue but this lady must need training.

There is no professional service at all. They should get some costumer service skills, like ANY. They doesn't respect costumers at all. Have no idea who hired people working in there.

Been with the bank for years but have always had such a terrible service that I decided to close my account. Today during lock down as a result of the virus I called customer services with the intent to have a bank statement posted out to me, I was told to go in to the branch. Went in to the branch and was jumped on by 7 members of staff asking why I came in and was told I should not have..... done a u-turn and walled out. The mission to close the account continues.....

Very good service and friendly staff, there are lot of cash machines in and out side, so queue will not be necessary.
