EXTREMELY poor customer service, first time visiting this branch. I walked in only 1 member of staff and at least 30 customers waiting. After 10 or 15mins a staff member walked past us all glued to her mobile, ignored everyone stood by the desk back turned to us still on glued to the phone screen.
