I had warnings about Kwik fit but didn't listen and I needed an MOT asap, I was about 5 mins late to my MOT so they cancelled which is fair enough, promised to call me to rebook and never did so I rebooked myself. Got a call we cancelled the MOT because the oil is too low, any other garage would top you up and just charge you. As soon as I get back the guy tries to book me in for a service, why do I need a service for a bit of oil? If I didn't know any better I'd be £200+ down for a bit of oil. I service appliances for a living so I knew exactly what they were doing. Joke.

Came in for an ac recharge and was quick easy thanks to Alan who made the experience 10/10, also checked my tire pressure and brake discs and was overall a very gd man who has just earned himself another customer.

Went to sort out a few things with my car.

I've noticed one of caps for the wheel has not ben put back on.
My car is a mercedes A150 blue.
Please can the workers remember to check all parts are put back.
I will be returning to the Kwik fit in hayes this week.
I hope they have put it aside.

Hand my front disc and pads replaced back in sept 2024 at Kwik fit coldharbour lane hayes ? but today I took my car for service and brake check and found that my wheel lock nuts were missing. Called Kwik fit hayes and placed in hold twice for over 20 minutes, then have a guy online and I explained to him the situation and said I do have a e invoice but still asked me to bring my car in to them to have a look .. but why should i .. that is waste of time .. so I did get upset yes I am the one who has to pay my hard earn money for these stupid idiots ..
Hung up and yes I did swear but the guy calls me back and was challenging me to come face to face .. was like you speak to me face to face and see what I will do - that?s how it sounded ? this is the worst service from this place and people trust them ? but these idiots do not know how to speak with customers ? and just for your info mate whoever spoke to me .. I worked at your branch many years back and we listened to customers and did not treat them as liars ..
this is worst place please also do a full CRB check on your staff before taking them on because they sound like they want to fight physically ?lol

I had to change front tyres because there was a tear in one of them. Without extra cost they rotated the other 2 tyres and change one with the best from the front taken out. Great service, we?ll use them again . Thanks
